In my opinion, positive emotional health is the direct result of your mental & physical health. 

When we are feeling good both physically & mentally, you can’t help but be happier and that happiness spreads to everyone in your life. The great news is, we can be in control of our physical & mental health.


Physical Health - (focus on fitness)

Obviously this can be more challenging following the current social distancing rules, being unable to go to the gym or group classes. We all hear about it & all the benefits just a few minutes a day can bring, but how many of us actually take the time to meditate?
